can you believe it?

I heard about this story from my aunt Sue and found an article about it in the Chicago Tribune. Can you believe it? When you first went to the guy's office and he pulled out the kind of drill you can buy at Home Depot, wouldn't you get a little suspicious? Just a bit? Or maybe the fact he asks you to spit in a garbage can? Really? Who thinks this is okay?
