summer fun

So far summer has been a mix of boredom and fun.  Right now, there is no happy medium.  My normal schedule involves waking up, studying for the boards, going to bed.  Obviously, that is pretty boring.  Every once and awhile, I feel like I owe myself a break and do something fun.  Last night, one of my classmates held a BBQ at his house.  That was a lot of fun.  Here are a few pictures.

And in honor of father's day, I thought I would share an news story that my dad told me about.  Apparently, a Southwest Airlines employee found a bucket of human heads mixed in with some other items that were waiting to be shipped on the plane.  Read the news article here.  It must have been the topic of discussion at work the other day because one of the employees at Lucy's couldn't believe why anyone would need a bucket of heads.  My dad had to explain that I actually had a bucket of heads in my anatomy class.  (If you missed that blog post, read about it here.)  They can be quite useful!

Posts are probably going to continue to be a little sparse in the next 2 weeks.  My test date is quickly approaching, so studying is at an all time high.  This leaves me very little exciting material to post here.  Sorry!
