...because I have done too many class IV preps today. (And generally too many preps in the past 4 weeks.) I hope the muscles in the hand are like any other muscle in the body; if you exercise them more, the soreness goes away. Because right now, my hands are too sore to write study notes for pharmacology. At least now I know how to turn this...

PS- This is not my work. I need more time to prefect my skills. So don't go knocking your teeth around and getting them all broken up. Unless you want to look like this...
Just kidding. My class IV restorations don't look that bad.
