and...update!

I AM SICK OF STUDYING PHARMACOLOGY!

Now that I have that off my chest, I am pleased to announce that I will be presenting my research at the annual meeting of the Arizona Physiological Society in November.  I was chosen to give a 10 minute speech and 5 minute question/answer section.  I'm not quite sure what to expect, but I think it is kind of a big deal.  (Only 8 other graduate students are presenting...out of the whole state!)  Luckily, my research advisor is willing to help me a lot, so I am not too worried (yet).  Hopefully, it will all go smoothly.  And I have an opportunity to wear my cute new dress, which is always fun.

And now back to pharmacology...blech.
