no blue?

o·don·to·blast
[oh-don-tuh-blast]
-noun Anatomy
one of the layer of cells lining the pulp cavity of a tooth, from which dentin is formed
-noun Party
Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine-Arizona's annual "dental prom"

Saturday night was the 3rd annual CDMA Odontoblast Dental Prom.  Fun was had by all.  Obviously, the class of 2013 is the best class ever because we did a flashmob.  And because we got the professors to dance in the flashmob too.  (For some reason, I am having trouble getting the video to upload to this blog.  Until then, you lucky facebook users can watch the video here.)

It was you typical formal event with people getting all dressed up.  There was a suspicious lack of blue dresses, however.  I'm pretty sure it was due to the fact that every dental student wears blue scrubs day in and day out.  Who wants to wear more blue when you have ONE DAY that you can finally wear something else?  I chose pink (obviously).

There was dinner.  There was dancing.  There was an after-party.  I had a great time.

One more reason our school is freakin' awesome?  Not only did our dean wear this get-up to the dance, he convinced his wife to go as Priscilla.
