out of control

Right now, our class is out of control.  We have 4 hours of lectures about dentures starting at 8AM on a Friday, so can you really blame us?  In the spirit of April Fool's Day, some members of our class decided to play a prank.  So, the Dr. SSK (a tiny little woman from Thailand with the cutest accent) comes in to give her lecture, and unbeknownst to her, a couple of guys in class (including the student AV helper) have hacked into the computer at the podium and are controlling it remotely.  Obviously, the computer is not working the way she wants.  So the student AV helper gets up to "fix" it.  As he walks down to the podium (our lecture hall has stadium seating), he is pelted with dodgeballs (in honor of the student vs. faculty dodgeball game this afternoon).  He then sits back down.  This happens several times, since the computer is "not working".  Each time he gets pelted.  At this point the professor is a little confused, but totally rolls with it and jokingly hides behind the podium.  Once she finally goes to start her lecture, the guys controlling the computer make a Spice Girls video come up on screen.  I think they wanted everyone to get up and dance, but only one person actually did, which made it that much funnier.  By this point, the professor is totally confused as to what is going on and the class is laughing so hard and being pretty rowdy.  At that point, the lightbulb goes on, and she says, "OH! It is a joke!"  Happy April Fool's Day Dr. SSK!
