sunday nights

Sunday nights are not much fun.  Usually, I sit around dreading bedtime because it means that Monday morning is that much closer.  Tonight I am perusing the internets because there isn't much on TV and I am not really in the mood to read.  I came across these YouTube videos and thought they were worthy of sharing with you all.

I am kind of obsessed with this song right now.  It is so good.  Also, I enjoy the stepping in the video.

And then I came across this Elton John video, featuring Robert Downey, Jr.  Interesting collaboration, but it works.  I just kind liked it.

And then I remembered how much I love funny commercials.  Here are some of my recent favorites.  Volkswagen has been very creative lately.  Remember this Super Bowl ad?

Well I think their new one with the pinata is pretty darn funny too.

And I love this one from Target, probably because this is my life in 2 weeks when the new roomie moves in.  (I would be the girl on the bed reading the book.)

And I can't mention commercials without sending love to my future husband, the Old Spice Guy.

Also, I plan on making this recipe with the rest of the ricotta cheese leftover from my lasagna the other night.  They sound tasty, yeah?  Or maybe I will try this recipe.  It is a rare occasion when I am in the mood to bake (I prefer cooking; the clean-up is easier and you don't need to be so precise), so I feel like I should try something new.

And now I should quit wasting time and go to bed.
