Today was my very last community service rotation for the year, and I was lucky enough to visit the middle school where Vicki teaches. The kids were hilarious. We did a little presentation about making smart choices. The powerpoint presentation was designed by the school and was chock-full of gross pictures (infected tongue rings, meth mouth, acid eroded teeth, etc.). Every time we flipped to a new slide, there was a chorus of tiny voices going, "EWWWWW". I was sitting in the back of the room at one point, and I hear one kid lean over to his friend and whisper, "Those teeth look like they have zits!".
Of course there were several other hilarious comments too, but of course after a busy day, I can't remember them. I really wish I could because those kids were funny.
